Smart web interface

The web interface is an easy way to manage Layer 2 features such as creating VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP) and link aggregation (static). With powerful security features such as IGMP espionage, static MAC and storm control, the DGS-1100 Smart family is a versatile solution for environments that require easy to deploy and configure solutions without additional complexities.


Easy to deploy and manage

Free Network Assistant (DNA) D-Link shows all connected devices and speeds up the initial configuration. The D-View 7 network management system comes with free license for 25 nodes and 2 probes and full access to advanced management tools. Optional upgrade licenses allow you to extend management to more networks.


MaxPoE with power up to 370 W

The DGS-1100 Smart Switches family includes multiple port options PoE and PoE+ Power Over Ethernet that provide power through data network cable for compatible devices such as IP voice phones, cameras, WiFi access points, etc. In this way, its deployment is facilitated and additional electrical installation costs are saved.


Error detection

The loopback detection is used to detect loops created by a specific port and automatically disconnect the affected port. The Cable Diagnostics feature is designed to allow network administrators to quickly examine the quality of copper cables, recognize their type and detect transmission errors.


D Green Link

Technology D-Link Green allows the Smart DGS-1100 line to save energy without sacrifice. Most of the family uses a fanless design, for a silent operation with low power consumption. All are compatible with IEEE 802.3az and feature time-based PoE and link state detection (except the DGS-1100-05PD and DGS-1100-08P models).
