New camera architecture

We designed a whole new architecture and rotated the 45° lenses to make room for our most advanced dual camera system ever. And to include the Wide Angle sensor, which is now bigger. We've also integrated our optical sensor motion image stabilization technology and put a faster sensor into the Ultra Wide Camera. The new ultra wide-angle camera reveals more detail in dark areas, the new wide-angle camera captures 47% more light for better photos and videos, and the new optical image stabilization by sensor movement keeps images steady even when you move.

The OLED screen is 28% brighter, has up to 800 nits, allowing you to see with incredible clarity in sunlight. And it hits 1200 nits if you're watching HDR content. Brilliant whites, deep blacks and all other shades will pop out without even affecting the battery.
The iPhone 13's wide color gamut has the professional quality that movie masters love and a chromatic precision that makes everything more vibrant and incredibly natural.
The Super Retina XDR screen has a high pixel density that brings out the details in photos and videos, and makes text even sharper. And it's even more spacious, thanks to a smaller TrueDepth camera.
