With flexInduction, the flexible confection zone automatically expands to accommodate your containers with diameter up to 24 cm. If a zone is not large enough for the container used, the plate takes control and activates more inductors for uniform heating. This is also an excellent option for teppan yakis or grills up to 40 cm in length.
