To enhance the quality and reliability of the product, server-grade thermal conductive gel has been introduced to cool critical components such as VRAM and MOSFETs. This highly deformable, non-flowing gel ensures ideal contact on uneven surfaces and effectively resists deformation during transport or prolonged use, unlike traditional thermal pads.
The copper plate makes direct contact with the GPU, along with the composite copper heatpipes that quickly transfer heat from the GPU and VRAM to the heatsink.
The extended heatsink allows for airflow, providing more efficient heat dissipation.
The fully automated production process ensures maximum quality of the circuit boards and eliminates sharp protrusions on the solder connectors found on conventional PCBs. This user-friendly design prevents cuts on hands and avoids accidental damage to components during assembly.
