Diagnosis Remote

It can be frustrating if your device is not working properly. The remote diagnosis can help. Just call technical assistance Bosch and, only after your consent, our technicians will be able to verify all the main functions of your product, identify any problem and give you instructions on how to solve it. If it is not possible to solve the problem remotely, a technician Bosch will be informed and will move to your home to solve the malfunction, having already available all necessary spare parts.
