One oven, three ways to cook

Choose the way you cook different meals and optimize results. The upper and lower zones of the Dual Cook oven work independently or together. You can use the upper zone for smaller dishes, use both zones at the same time to prepare a variety of delicious dishes, cooked at different temperatures. Or use the entire oven to cook larger dishes.

Keep food juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside.

Enjoy delicious food, moist on the inside but crunchy on the outside. To use Natural Vapor, simply place the tray on the bottom of the oven and pour a little water over it. Steam will be created as you cook, helping to retain the food's natural moisture. Leaving your ingredients juicy and soft on the inside, but golden and crispy on the outside.

Cook completely evenly

Allows food to be cooked more evenly, without overcooking or drying out. The Air Sous Vide* system accurately detects the temperatures in each cavity/zone and maintains a uniform temperature over a long period of time. This way, the food is cooked evenly, and the inside is deliciously tender and juicy.

Enjoy culinary inspiration with the SmartThings* feature. It takes into account your preferences and needs and offers personalized recipe suggestions** as well as a weekly meal plan. You also have access to guided recipes and the option to prepare shopping lists.

Pyrolytic Cleaning System

Keep the inside of your oven clean without having to spend time and effort scrubbing or having to use expensive cleaning products. The Pyrolytic Cleaning system heats the oven cavity to burn off any grease and residue left over from cooking. The oven is completely clean, just remove some ash.

Large Capacity (76 Liters)

Cook more and bigger dishes, thanks to the 76 liters capacity of this oven. You can cook several dishes at the same time, or easily cook larger foods such as a turkey.
