Combine natural wood wool firelighters, wood sticks and assorted wood pieces in the fuel tray located on the back of the Karu 16 to build and maintain a fire that will add subtle, smoky flavors to any pizza as you fire up the oven. These sustainably sourced oak wood pieces are specially created to work on a Karu 16 – they are sized to fit in the fuel tray, kiln dried to a humidity level of 15-20% for faster, hotter cooking.
