CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

"Open the fridge, pour the beer and cheer on the national team!"

1. Promoting Entity

The promoter organizing this promotion is FUN DISPLAY, LDA, hereinafter referred to as YOU GET, based at Rua Heróis do Ultramar Nº3, 2415-415 Leiria, Portugal, legal person no. 507 654 595, responsible for the website (www.youget.pt).


2. Campaign

During the period between June 1 and June 30, 2024, when you buy any fridge over €699, you get 2 crates of beer*. 

*Be responsible. Drink in moderation


3. Participants

All natural persons over the age of 18 who live in mainland Portugal and have bought a fridge above €699 can take part in the campaign. The purchase must be made during the campaign period and all the conditions set out in these regulations must be met.


4. Conditions of Participation

4.1. Participation in this Campaign implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions;

4.2. The refrigerator must be purchased during the Campaign Period;

4.3. At any time, the Promoter may ask participants for the original receipt or invoice to validate the veracity of the information provided. It is therefore recommended that Participants keep proof of purchase;

4.4. All entries deemed invalid due to non-compliance with the rules set out in these Regulations or due to suspected fraud will be disregarded, with the exception of those that allow the Participant to rectify their data, under the terms of Point 6.3.


5. Offer and Conditions for Redemption

5.1. The Offer to be awarded to Participants who meet all the conditions for participation in this Campaign will be as follows:

a) Purchases over €699 offer 2 crates of beer;

b) The beers will be delivered in crates of 24 bottles.

c) The offer is sent after validation of delivery of the refrigerator to the customer;

d) The product can be delivered up to 15 days after the order date. 


5.2. Offers are not convertible into cash, nor can they under any circumstances be exchanged or substituted for others, unless the Promoter so decides.

5.3. In the event that the Promoting Entity verifies that there is data considered “correctable” on the part of any Participant, i.e. data that allows the requirements of the Campaign to be met, an email will be sent to the Participant regarding the status of their participation and the need to rectify any issues or provide any additional information/documentation. If such data is not rectified within 7 (seven) calendar days of the email being sent, the respective participation in the Campaign will be disregarded without entitling the Promoter to any compensation.

5.4. The offer includes a value of 40 euros. If problems arise when delivering the offer to the address provided by the customer, we will refund the amount. This measure aims to guarantee the satisfaction of our customers, offering an effective and immediate solution to any unforeseen events that may occur during the delivery process.


6. Data Protection Policy

You Get is committed to respecting the privacy of its users. When it is necessary to collect personal data from users in order to provide our services or when the user decides to share their data on their own initiative, the use of this information will be carried out in accordance with the legislation in force - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The data shared by users will be subject to computer processing and will be recorded in the You Get database. 
When you choose to provide us with information about your personal data (any information by which you can be identified), you can be sure that this information will only be used for the purposes of your relationship as a You Get customer. 

Type of data collected through our site:  Full Name; Tax Identification Number; Gender; Date of Birth; Telephone Contact, Full Address (shipping and/or billing, if different); Email; Company Name.

How we use the information collected: The purpose of the information collected is to respond to requests made by users, namely registering on the site; processing orders (opening customer records and invoicing products/services); voluntarily subscribing to the email marketing service; responding to requests for information, suggestions or complaints; and communicating with customers.

Who we share the data with: You Get ensures the confidentiality of the personal data provided and only transmits it to third parties for the sole and exclusive purpose of carrying out the service requested by the user, namely: sending orders to the address provided (carrier); processing warranties and/or product returns (suppliers); carrying out contracts for services purchased (operators); and to judicial and tax authorities for compliance with legal impositions.

Data Owner and Controller: Within the scope and for the purposes of the services and sales we provide to our users, You Get (FUN DISPLAY, Lda) is the entity responsible for processing your personal data and ensuring the protection of your privacy, acting in accordance with the legislation in force - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).



7. Final considerations

7.1. This Campaign may be modified, corrected or annulled by the Promoting Entity without prior notice, whenever there is just cause to do so, in which case the Promoting Entity must publish the revised and updated version of these Rules on the website identified above, without any liability whatsoever arising for the Promoting Entity. 

7.2. By participating in this Campaign, Participants automatically accept these Regulations and the terms and conditions set out therein in full, expressly accepting that they cannot hold the Promoting Entity liable for any damages or losses suffered as a result of their participation in the Campaign, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
