The GARDENA 1278-20 24V Irrigation Valve is required to operate GARDENA Irrigation Controllers 4040 modular, 4030, and 6030, as well as the Comfort Expansion Module. It has a 1" internal thread for connection. If needed, the valve can be manually opened or closed, allowing irrigation to be controlled independently of an automatic irrigation system. To ensure trouble-free operation, it features a self-cleaning fine filter.
