Undemanding plant with easy and fast growth. Ideal for planting either outdoors or in a greenhouse or in pots. It has a pleasant and peppery flavor, great for incorporating into mixed salads. It can also be consumed as germinated.

Sowing

It is done in a permanent place or on a tray with subsequent transplantation, when the plants are large enough to be handled without causing damage to them.

Ground

The crop grows best in well-drained, fertile soils with a pH between 6.0 and 6.5. There should be no superficial crust.

Climate

It prefers mild climates, in which high temperatures lead to early turning.
