Like most retractable tape measures, the JIMI Home tape measure is equipped with 2 retraction brakes. There is a button at the bottom that allows you to adjust the tape retraction speed or when you want to take a quick measurement. At the top there is a switch that, when lowered, blocks the tape retraction in order to be able to take a longer measurement or take measurements to record.

Durable, easy-to-read measurement

The tape itself has been coated with nylon on both sides, making it resistant to measure and number wear. Plus, it's flexible enough not to tangle or break during use. Unlike metal tape, nylon has no sharp edges, so the possibility of cutting yourself has been minimized.
