The plate that fits your containers

With flexInduction, the flexible confection zone automatically expands to accommodate your containers with diameter up to 24 cm. If a zone is not large enough for the container used, the plate takes control and activates more inductors for uniform heating.

A unique and innovative control concept

With innovative touchSlider technology, you can control the temperature of the confection zones via direct touch on the temperature range or by sliding your finger over it. Sensor-based temperature regulation allows mid-level selection up to a maximum of 9 levels. All functions can be selected in this simple and fast way.

Fried better, without burning

FryingSensor warns when the frying pan reaches the right temperature, keeping it consistent at four precise levels, so that each preparation is as golden as the previous one. Temperature control helps protect vitamins and nutrients, and optimizes the life of the fragile coatings of your containers.

More power when you need

Activate powerBoost to increase the power of an induction zone up to 50%, thus saving up to 35% of the time it would normally take to heat the containers. Spend less time waiting, and more time stirring, wrapping, seasoning and plating your delicious culinary creations.
