You Get reserves the right to change prices at any time. Whenever possible, You Get will try to maintain the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order in the event of a stockout.
In the case of the occurrence of a computer, manual, technical or other error that causes a notable change, and not foreseen by You Get, in the price to be sold to the public or in the conditions of sale of the same, in such a way that it becomes inaccessible or manifestly insignificant, the purchase order will be considered invalid and void.
4.1 Pricing Information
The prices of products and services available on this website are presented in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force. There are some exceptional products that, due to the fact that they are associated with an assembly service, may have different values in physical stores. These will be marked on the website with the label “Exclusive online price”.
The costs of the shipping service are borne by the consumer and buyer, and add to the total value of the selected products. The consumer will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process.
4.1.1 VAT attributed to refurbished products
The prices of refurbished products are taxed under the special VAT tax regime - Second-hand goods. According to article 8 of Decree-Law no. 199/96, of October, 18th:
1) Transmissions of second-hand goods, art objects, collectors' items or antiques, subject to to the special margin tax regime, are exempt from tax, when carried out under the terms of article 14 of the Value Added Tax Code;
2) The exemption referred to in the preceding paragraph confers the right to deduct the tax that eventually burdened the acquisitions of the respective goods and is expressed in the invoice or equivalent document.
4.2 Type of Products
Among the products available for sale on the website can be found new, refurbished and used equipment.
4.2.1 Refurbished or Used Equipment
Reconditioned equipment is all equipment, fully certified and tested, that has already been removed from the box at least once (for exhibition, for example), and may have been subject to actual use, or not. These equipments have been thoroughly examined by You Get specialists to ensure that they are in perfect working order and are marked as such on our website.
In contrast, used equipment has not undergone any overhaul, maintenance or upgrade, so there may be components that show some signs of wear. In addition, used equipment is exempt from VAT.
With regard to these products, their category (A, B and C) must be taken into account. The categories are used to classify the signs of use presented by them. This distinction allows, on the one hand, to inform consumers and manage their expectations, with the price of equipment being differentiated according to its category.
You Get used equipment can be classified into the following categories:
Grade A: equipment that is in very good condition, but showing use;
Grade B: equipment that shows slight signs of use;
Grade C: equipment that shows signs of accentuated use.
4.3 Product description
You Get takes into consideration the information related to the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers and photographs that illustrate the products sold. As such, the images of the products presented on the website are merely illustrative. You Get recommends that the consumer consult the detailed description of the product in order to obtain complete information about the respective characteristics of the product, or to contact Customer Support.
Every effort is made to ensure that the information presented here is free of typographical and image errors. Whenever these occur, You Get will proceed as soon as possible to correct them.
You Get's Online Store is independent of physical stores in terms of the quantities available in stock.
Items available both online and in the physical store have limited stock, so they may be unavailable without notice. If, after placing the order online, the ordered item is unavailable or broken and this fact interferes with the normal treatment of the order, the consumer will be duly informed and will be able to choose to wait for the replacement of the item or cancel his purchase order without any additional penalty.
All promotional campaigns have limited stock and the items in question may be unavailable without prior notice, without prejudice to the information on the exhaustion of the item when this occurs.
At You Get physical stores it is only possible to make payments in cash or at an ATM. In your online store, you have several payment options for your order:
- ATM reference
Payments by ATM reference can be made through Homebanking or through the ATM Network. At the end of your order, the ATM reference will be generated and sent to your email. In order to make the payment, you must select the option “Service Payments / Purchases” and insert the entity, reference and corresponding amount that were sent by email.
- Bank Transfer
If you choose to pay by Bank Transfer, you can consult the details to make the transfer at the time of ordering or in your email. Your order will be sent after payment confirmation, which depending on the banks can take up to two business days.
Payments by Paypal are a safe method used worldwide. When selecting this payment method, the user will be redirected to the Paypal Login page. The purchase amount will be debited from the Paypal account, plus 3% corresponding to the fees applied by this payment method. You Get does not store access data for your Paypal account.
With Mbway you can pay for your order using your mobile phone number, at no additional cost. You must have the application active on your mobile phone in order to be able to make the payment through this way. For more information on this payment method, click here.
To make the payment for the order by Payshop, you must go to one of the Payshop agents (see here), indicate the reference you obtained with the order and make the respective payment.
- Payment to Collection
When choosing the Payment to Collection option, the consumer will only have to make the payment upon delivery. Orders placed with this option cannot exceed € 500 and must be paid exclusively in cash to the courier. This method only works for mainland Portugal and Spain and has a fee that adds to the postage value of € 2.50. You Get reserves the right to cancel a charge order or to block this payment method, if the consumer's history shows previous orders registered with the same payment method and not delivered under the consumer's responsibility or that do not respect these conditions above. You can check the cost of postage at point nº6.
6.1 Delivery of parcels
The delivery date that can be consulted on the page of each product is a forecast for shipping to mainland Portugal, based on the normal functioning of the entities involved in the shipment and delivery of orders. Orders for delivery to PO boxes are not accepted.
Delivery times may change due to stock breaks, festive seasons or other conditions external to You Get, such as delays on the part of delivery services, as they are a company external to You Get.
In the case of orders for large appliances/dimensions (eg refrigerators, stoves, washing machines, among other appliances), the delivery service does not include the installation and/or collection of the old equipment and the delivery of the new appliance is made only at ground level, that is, in the case of delivery to places that can be accessed via stairs/elevator, the appliance is left at the door of the building (building, shopping center, etc.).
6.2 Shipping/order processing
Orders are processed only on working days when placed until 5 p.m. After confirmation of payment, orders are sent to the address indicated by the consumer, any lapse in the data entered is the responsibility of the same. Pre-orders, unlike the normal and aforementioned orders, will only be processed when the product is available from the brand, for official distribution and for the final consumer.
Orders will only be sent when all products are available.
6.3 Shipping costs
The costs of shipping orders are borne by the consumer and add to the total value of the selected products. The value of shipping costs is calculated based on the weight of the order, the payment method, the carrier and the destination. The consumer will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process, as well as the difference in value depending on the chosen delivery method.
Available delivery methods and respective delivery times may change according to the time of year.
The in-store delivery method, known as “Store Pickup”, is available for any You Get physical store and has no cost on the part of the consumer.
For your convenience, when receiving your You Get order and when signing the receipt, write on the delivery receipt "Subject to Merchandise verification" and identify, in writing and with photo, any damage that the package may contain. If the packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and identify the situation to the courier. Only in this way can we be held responsible for the damage that occurred in the process of delivering your order.
7. Breakdowns and Warranties
All products sold by You Get are not manufactured by You Get. At the time of sale, You Get gives the user the guarantee for the same product(s).
1. Equipment under Warranty
Under the terms of Decree-Law No. 67/2003, of 8 April, with changes introduced by Decree-Law No. 84/2008, of 21 May, all products sold in new condition will be subject to a 2-year conformity guarantee, ensured by the respective brands. In the case of a defective product, you must report it to You Get, who will be in charge of managing this process. Upon agreement by You Get and the customer, all products sold in used condition have a 12-month warranty. Consumable products, whose regular use means destruction or alienation, due to their specific nature may, depending on the manufacturer, have a warranty period of good operation of less than 2 years.
1.1 Repair Service Warranty
The warranty of the repair service of You Get is 90 days, counting from the date of completion of the service provision. This limited warranty does not affect the legal rights established by national law, on new components used for repair. The warranty for repairs does not include the following conditions:
- Physical damage (broken / damaged / corroded / warped equipment, etc.);
- Misuse, damage from falls, neglect, fire, water, electrical, atmospheric disturbances, etc;
- Damage caused by transportation carried out by the Client or third parties on their behalf;
- Use of options or consumables not appropriate for the equipment in question;
- During this period the equipment has undergone technical intervention, with labor and parts unrelated to You Get services;
- The previous repair was carried out at the request and responsibility of the customer.
If the purchased product is defective or defective, the customer must report the situation to You GetClient Support, stating your order number and the description of the malfunction. Upon receipt of the item, at You Get's premises, it will be sent to the brand representative and, in the absence of any non-conformity, the item will be replaced or repaired. In this case, You Get will deliver the item to the customer, using the same means that was delivered for repair. If the technical check detects signs of misuse, and / or any problem that may have caused the item to malfunction (eg, drop, humidity, etc.) the customer will be contacted to indicate whether the equipment is to be repaired. In that case You Get will provide a free quote.
2. Out of Warranty Equipment
Even if your equipment is out of compliance, You Get offers a repair service under conditions to be agreed, so you should go to one of our stores. If the customer intends to repair out-of-warranty equipment, he should contact the You GetTechnical Center indicating the equipment in question and its failure. You Get will inform the customer of the address to which they will have to deliver the equipment. In case this option is not possible, the customer can send the product by registered mail to the address indicated, in the care of the You Get Technical Center. Upon receipt of the customer's equipment, You Get's technicians will analyze it by checking the damage described by the customer. After this analysis, the customer will be contacted by our team to be informed about the budget for the repair of the equipment. The repair will only start after the Client expressly accepts the quote.
3. Direct warranty with the manufacturer
Some brands offer warranty / support direct to the consumer. In these cases, you can contact the brand directly to deal with the equipment warranty.
When the consumer buys a product on this site, the site is automatically covered by the Satisfaction Guarantee, where in the first 14 days, after taking physical possession of the goods, he can return or exchange the product, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24 / 2014, of February 14.
The articles will have to be returned within 14 days after communicating the decision to terminate the contract and accompanied by the original invoice (article 13, paragraph 1 of DL 24/2014 of 14 February) and the document made available to the consumer when confirming the order. devolution.
If you want to exchange or return items, you can go to any physical store of You Get, or contact Customer Support, who will provide you with all information about the exchange / return process.
In case the product is sent to our facilities without the respective identification and reason for shipment, it will not be processed.
In cases of free Contract Resolution, the return shipping costs are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in n.º 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of 14 February.
Although returns / exchanges are accepted within the first 14 days of distance purchases (as described above), returned goods will only be accepted if they strictly respect the following conditions:
- The returned item must be intact and without any mark / damage from use;
- The item must be returned together with its packaging, manuals and accessories, in immaculate condition;
- Along with the returned item, the invoice containing the same item must be accompanied by the same;
- In case it is an article purposely ordered by the consumer's will, it cannot have the brand seals broken;
- The equipment's Serial Number cannot have been associated with any online brand account for the product or activated.
In case of violation of one of these points, we will not be able to accept the return (and the consequent refund) or exchange. Except for technical anomaly, there are articles that by their nature (for reasons of hygiene, safety, risk of data transmission, manufacturer's recommendations, etc.) cannot be accepted for returns / exchanges if they have broken seals. The same applies to products that are personalized only for the consumer who purchased them.
3. Exchanges or Returns
To initiate the return / exchange process, the consumer must:
1. Access the "My Account" page, which can be found at the link: https://youget.pt/en/my-account;
2. Select the "Product Return" option and choose the order you want to return / exchange;
3. Choose the product you want to return / exchange;
4. Describe the reason;
5. Insert the IBAN, if payment has been made by Bank Transfer, ATM, Payshop, Mbway or cash;
6. Insert the Return Type: Warranty or Return / Exchange;
7. Add photographs of the product status.
After sending this form, the consumer must wait for the analysis of your order by You Get. In case the order is accepted, the consumer must send the product to the address indicated in the instructions received. Upon verification of compliance with the conditions of the preceding paragraph, You Get will proceed with the order and proceed with the exchange or refund of the product as requested. If the product does not respect the conditions, it will be returned to the consumer in the same condition as received.
Refunds will be made by bank transfer to the IBAN indicated on the return form or by PayPal / Mbway, if one of these was the payment method. This procedure does not apply to resellers.

You Get is not responsible for damages resulting from any computer viruses or any other situations to which you are unaware and which prevent access and correct functioning of this website as well as the services provided on it.
SmartPoints are points that consumers earn when shopping at You Get's Online Store. Each product is assigned a certain number of points that is indicated on the product page, below the price.
SmartPoints can be accumulated in the consumer's account and be converted into a voucher to discount on purchases in the Online Store, having a validity of 6 months. In order for the voucher to be used, the order in question must be made with a TIN (tax identification number). The remaining amount of the voucher that is not used in the order will be forfeited.
To exchange points for vouchers it is necessary to go to the "My Account" page, "Rewards" section and click on the button to exchange the respective points. To use the voucher, you must insert the voucher code at the end of the order before finalizing it. It is necessary to have at least 500 SmartPoints to be able to convert points, corresponding to a 5€ voucher.
You Get reserves the right to cancel SmartPoints in the event of cancellation or return of the order, as well as in the event of an anomaly in the points management program.

You Get offers options for Theft and Damage Insurance or Extended Warranty Insurance for some new, used and refurbished equipment available on the Online Store. These insurances are underwritten by AWP P&C SA - Branch in Portugal, which also uses the designation of Allianz Global Assistance, headquartered at Av. Do Brasil, 56, 3.º floor, 1700-073 Lisboa. Insurance can only be claimed by consumers residing in Portugal. Insurance claims are not accepted on orders for collection on collection.
