Ajax Hub 2 is compatible with Ajax Motioncam. Also, Battery Backup is slightly improved. The battery lasts 15 hours in the event of a power failure, instead of 10 hours. In addition, the enhanced center can contain two GSM SIM cards instead of one.

Hub 2 manages all Ajax devices in the system to alert users to open doors, broken windows, fire and flood threats. If your home is invaded by burglars, Hub 2 transmits photos of the MotionCam detectors and notifies the alarm receiving center of the danger. You don't need to live under constant surveillance by security cameras to know what's going on. Motion detectors react to dangerous situations and simple oversights.

The Hub 2 central panel uses Ethernet or one of the 2 SIM cards to ensure the sending of alarms and photographs of secure objects. The channels work in parallel and as a backup to each other in case of an emergency. Compression and transmission protocols ensure ultra-fast delivery of the photo series, even with a weak Internet connection. Unlike video camera transmissions, with Ajax you can assess the status of secure objects with an internet speed of 0.5 kB/s.

Resistant to problems

With Hub 2, you immediately know if the detector is malfunctioning, if someone has removed it, if it is damaged or if its body is open. Even if the power suddenly fails, the control panel continues to watch, powered by a reserve battery.

Evolves with every software update

Hub 2 runs OS Malevich, a real-time operating system. This type of software is used in systems that cannot allow errors, for example, spacecraft and ballistic rocket launchers or car brakes. OS Malevich is virus-immune and protected against cyber attacks. Its architecture allows us to regularly expand the possibilities of wireless Ajax, without disturbing users.

Secure automation of homes and offices

Use Ajax scenarios to teach the security system not only to report threats, but also to actively resist them. Set night mode according to schedule, turn off office lights when arming, program projectors to turn on if unauthorized presence is detected by outdoor motion detectors, or implement an automatic flood prevention system. The system continues to run scenarios even if the connection with the Ajax Cloud is lost.
